As CEO of Snow Tarpley Strategies, he provides high-level consulting to large-scale organizations and sports entities, specializing in talent optimization, performance enhancement, and strategic growth. Snow is also the co-founder of the World Champion Soccer Academy, where he integrates his strategic expertise into youth development, and the co-founder of N-Lite, a company focused on talent optimization in sports.
